Oliphant Africa Investment Group (OAIG) Limited is a Pan African diversified investment management firm which was Founded in 2022. Our primary focus is building quality assets across varying industries such as Information and Communication Technologies, Agro-processing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail and Property Services.
The company has a bias towards Information and Communication Technology assets, due to its founders being ICT veterans. OAIG has a healthy appetite for assets that are well positioned, with a high growth potential and sustainable cash flows. We commit to a strategy of a roll up and consolidation of both vertical and horizontal assets and capabilities within each sector. We also intend to take advantage of this fragmented sector the market especially within the ICT professional services space.
We achieve this partly through investing with businesses that afford us a balance of value and liquidity. We have a preference for instances where we can add tangible value, and remain in control of our exit horizon. We further focus on industries that are resilient and can weather economic volatility, by capitalizing on long-term, irreversible trends e.g., Africa’s rapidly expanding middle class. We further endeavor to build capacity within the trading subsidiaries through organic revenue growth, business development and brand awareness. This approach sits perfectly with our goal of establishing OAI Group as value creator, rather than just a passive holder of equity in other businesses.
